origins quick, hide! concealer

I bought this concealer a while ago on this website called BuyaPowa, and there was a bit of a mix-up where the shade was meant to be "Light" but the actual shade was "Light/Medium", but I went ahead with the order because I thought I would still be able to use it in the summer when I'm more tanned. Because of the mix-up, the lovely people at BuyaPowa sent me an extra Benefit lipgloss thingy-ma-jig. No point in that story, just felt like sharing it.

Origins claim that that this concealer is "Formulated without: Parabens, Phthalates, Propylene Glycol, Mineral Oil, PABA, Petrolatum, Paraffin, DEA, Synthetic Fragrance and Animal Ingredients" Origins also tests it's products on volunteer panels, so it gives you peace of mind knowing that what you're using hasn't been tested on animals.
The packaging is simple and efficient. The doe-foot applicator, while not being the most hygienic method to apply this, does the job, although when I'm at the end of this product it's going to be impossible to get the very last of it out.

The formula delivers medium coverage that will stay with you throughout the day and looks natural. Origins say that to apply this: "Dab on with wand. Blend into skin with fingertips." There is a very slight scent that is neither pleasant nor unpleasant, just very natural, and incredibly subtle. Really though, I had to press my nose right up against the tube to smell it. Oh, and it comes in six shades, from Light to Extra Deep, so dark skin tones are catered for.
There's no point in doing a "blended out" swatch as, well, it's invisible. I do like this concealer, and as soon as summer is upon us, I will whip this out with pride. Yes, I feel proud about putting on concealer. Don't judge.
Overall 7.5/10
Buy: Origins Quick, Hide! Concealer, £13, but the shade Extra Deep seems to be £12
