Again, this was in my recent haul post. This is my first actual liquid liner with a brush - I normally use a L'Oreal one that had a felt nib, and I find that a dream to apply. This however, took some getting used to, and a whole lot of cotton buds dipped in makeup remover.
I had to use white tac to make the lid stay up, if you thought it was gum :) Not really much to say about the packaging, it's pretty simple. Although the silver writing is a pain to photograph.
The nib is quite precise, and it lets you create fairly thin lines, and really thick ones, but I wouldn't recommend this for beginners. 17 describe the eyeliner as a "Creamy, smudge proof liner to emphasise the eyes. Apply a thin line close to the lashes." It's fragrance free and dermatologically tested, so if you have sensitive eyes, this is worth a look. The colour isn't the blackest black I've ever seen, but as the product isn't exactly high-end I wasn't expecting anything major.
It's a shame that 17 is a Boots-only brand, as for a drugstore eyeliner this is quite good.
Pigmentation 7/10
Overall 7.5/10
Buy: 17 Liquid Eye Liner in Black, £3.99
