notd | converse nails

I don't actually own a pair of Converse, I refuse to pay that much money for a pair of trainers-that-aren't-really-trainers, but that's not to say I'm not allowed to paint my nails to look like them!

To do the look, you first apply a layer or two of the colour that you want the shoe to be, then with a white nail art pen, outline a really thick french manicure tip and do one or two Xs (depending on how long your nails are) above the tip. Then fill in the french tip with white nail polish and draw a thin, curved, black line across it.
