notd | holiday nails

By the time this is uploaded I'll be on holiday, but this is the manicure I chose to paint my nails with the day before my flight.

This is the L'Oreal Resist & Shine nail polish in shade 455, which is a bright, neon coral that has a very subtle gold shimmer and in very bright lighting appears more pink, but in dimmer lighting it's slightly more orange.

My main reason for choosing this particular polish out of my whole collection (apart from the gorgeous summery colour) is because it lasts a really long time without chipping, so I'll only have to redo my nails once while on holiday. The Resist & Shine nail polishes have really good brushes that apply the polish evenly and cover the nail well, and I only needed two coats for full opacity.
