Admittedly, this isn't the most festive manicure that I could've come up with, nor is it keeping in theme with the glitter party that has been happening on my nails recently but there was this one bottle of nail polish that I hadn't used it yet so I tried to create some kind of nail art with it. I'm not completely sure if I like the way it turned out as I was in a bit of a rush when I painted my nails!
The colour I used for the sky was BMX Bandit by Collection 2000, the picture above was taken in very bad lighting (damn you, weather) and in reality the colour is a cornflower blue, much brighter and less grey-toned.
For the moon I painted my ring finger white, then when the nail polish was dry I cut out a circle from some sticky tape and stuck it on before I applied the blue colour. After that, I peeled off the tape and used a cotton bud dipped in Collection 2000 Button Moon to fade the moon's glow.
As for the stars, a toothpick dipped in white nail polish did the trick!
they are very pretty, i love them for the colder months, it looks cool!:)

These are just as Christmas themed as bright red polishes! It reminds me of the hymn, "O Holy Night" !

I love these, it's simple but unusual- 'peaceful nails' as odd as that sounds!
